Ewers IP Law PLLC is a full-service intellectual property law firm that specializes in international utility and design patent applications (PCT), US domestic utility and design patent applications, patent prosecution, trademark registrations, trademark prosecution, and opinion work.

In addition to legal know-how, our engineering expertise offers a profound understanding of technological advances in a wide variety of areas. For years we have represented a wide range of national and international clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from industries such as mechanics, optics, mechanical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry and electrical engineering & IT.

Owner Falk Ewers founded the firm as an equity partner in 2016. The office is located directly on historic K-Street in downtown Washington, DC.
